FAQ
Before Your Consultation
Here are answers to some of the questions we frequently receive from those considering a legal consultation.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Q. Is my consultation confidential?
A. Yes, absolutely. Attorneys are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality under the law. We will never disclose the content of your consultation to any outside party without a legally valid reason. You can discuss any matter with complete peace of mind.
Q. If I have a consultation, am I obligated to hire you?
A. Not at all. It is perfectly fine if our interaction ends after the initial consultation. The first meeting is an important opportunity for you to understand the outlook of your case and to determine if we are the right fit for you. We would be pleased if you consider retaining our services after you are fully satisfied with our explanation. We will never pressure you into a contract.
Q. I am concerned about the legal fees.
A. Our firm will always provide a detailed estimate of legal fees and explain them clearly before you sign a contract. We will not proceed with any legal action until you are completely comfortable with the costs. For a general overview of our fees, please refer to our “Fees” page.
